PBS Red Guard Shows Disdain For Middle America
In post-Trump America, the militant left is out for revenge, channeling the spirits of authoritarian ideologies and despotic leaders. Blacklisting, censoring, purging, and re-educating are the hallmarks of communist societies, and radical leftists exploit these tools to crack down on conservatives, libertarians, and Trumplicans. In many cases, the socialist left targets and victims are even subsidizing the modern-day Red Guards, whether it is politicians on Capitol Hill or mid-level employees on a public broadcasting network.
A Frightening Vision Of The Anointed
Michael Beller, the principal counsel at PBS, was caught on film by Project Veritas advocating political violence, desiring the deaths of people living in red states, and calling Americans dumb. Is this ray of sunshine somebody you would want to invite over for a barbecue on Sunday?
“Even if [Joe] Biden wins, we go for all the Republican voters, and Homeland Security will take their children away,” Beller told an undercover reporter. “And we’ll put them into re-education camps.”
Beller explained that children who are growing up today have only known about President Donald Trump for the last four years. This, he says, makes you wonder how Trump supporters’ children will turn out. “They’ll be raising a generation of intolerant, horrible people – horrible kids,” he concluded.
Therefore, Beller proposed sending them to re-education camps where “they have Sesame Street characters in the classrooms, and they watch PBS all day.” This would be an original advertising campaign. And he seemingly defended this proposal by, in earnest, comparing President Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler.
But this form of modern-day Maoism did not stop there. He stated that if Biden did not win the 2020 presidential election, people should “go to the White House and throw Molotov cocktails.” Beller also expressed his disdain for the American people, particularly outside of the D.C. area, and said with glee that it is “great” that COVID-19 is soaring “in all the red states, right now.”
Why is this a wonderful trend? Beller had an answer: “Because either those people won’t come out to vote for Trump, you know the red states or a lot of them are sick and dying.”
The PBS employee did make some sense in his ramblings about re-education centers and political violence. Beller averred that “CNN doesn’t have real news anymore. It’s just talking heads talking about Trump all day long.” According to Beller, if you were to watch CNN, you would not know the news is happening in the rest of the world. At the same time, he voiced his displeasure for Fox News reporting on the scandals emanating from the Biden camp, saying that he wants to “throw up” after five minutes.
Michael Beller Gets The Pink Slip
But is Beller the only employee who maintains these thoughts and opinions? He does not think so, describing the media business as “progressive.” Not exactly sympathetic to conservative or libertarian principles, PBS has 350 employees. What are the odds that at least one other person shares his contempt for Trump’s base?
The Intolerant Left
The irony in his ranting and raving about Trump voters being “intolerant” and “horrible” is incredible. He is happy that people in Republican-led states are dying from the coronavirus. He wants to place children in re-education centers because their parents might possess political views he opposes. That is not exactly the personification of tolerance. Perhaps even more sickening is that he maintains a patronizing and superior attitude, calling those who disagree with him stupid.
For anyone who understands the inherent bias in the mainstream media, this is not a shocking video. The activist press loathes the 75 million Americans who cast a ballot for Trump, and they will continue hating these folks long after the 45th president becomes a footnote in history. As long as they convince themselves that Trump is Hitler and his supporters are Nazis, they feel justified in their odious purges, censorship, and blacklists.
